The staff was exceptionally warm and hospitable, always ready to assist, enhancing the overall experience.One highlight was the delectable home-made food, particularly the dumplings; However, I recommend requesting a vegetarian option in advance. The massage services were top-notch, but it's advisable to secure a reservation through the attentive staff.In terms of amenities, the hotel offered a spa & wellness center with a Turkish bath and treatment rooms for relaxation. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, which I appreciated for staying connected. On the downside, the absence of an elevator might be challenging for some guests.Willa Pod Gwiazdami & Spa strikes a decent balance between luxury and value. It's a solid choice for those seeking a serene retreat with friendly service and excellent culinary offerings.
